- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees to Bank of America in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams within the organization.
- Maintain and organize confidential client and company information.
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed.

At Least 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite, Including Word, Excel, And Outlook.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients And Colleagues.
Familiarity With Banking Processes And Procedures, Including Knowledge Of Financial Documents And Terminology.
