- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and arranging travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other important documents.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Monitor and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other reports as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone calls.
- Welcome and greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With A Preference For Candidates Who Have Completed Some College Coursework In Business Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Banking Environment.
Strong Computer Skills, Including Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Data Entry And Record Keeping.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proven Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
