  1. Provide administrative support to executives and other team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  2. Assist with organizing and maintaining important documents, such as financial reports and client records.
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and other team members.
  6. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and representing the bank in a positive manner.
  8. Assist with planning and coordinating events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  9. Conduct research and gather data for various projects and reports as assigned.
  10. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  11. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in order to effectively support the team and the bank's goals.
  14. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
