Job Description

Responsible for performing a variety of routine daily tasks, such as processing client wire requests, identifying incoming wires and reconciling daily outgoing and incoming wires for Warehouse Lending Division (WLD). . Ensures daily transactions are processed smoothly at Warehouse Lending level. Identify incoming wires and pay-down the proper loan in the warehouse loan system. Reconcile daily incoming and outgoing wires for WLD. Research and solve any wire discrepancies. Review and verify loan funding wire requests in WireXchange. Support audit project such as research wire transfer supporting documentation. Assist with collateral receipt and shipping as needed.

Job Qualifications

2+ years related experience and/or training
Prior banking experience preferred but not required.
Prior mortgage experience preferred, but not required.
