As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a visually engaging shopping experience for customers, creating and executing compelling merchandising and visual displays, and ensuring that Banana Republic stores are properly represented. This role requires an individual who is creative, self-motivated, and passionate about visual merchandising.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in a fashion retail setting. You must also have an excellent eye for detail and be able to think outside the box to create visually appealing displays. You must also be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to work flexible hours.
