We are looking for an experienced and creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join the team at Banana Republic’s fashion retail store. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail and is adept at creating an inspiring in-store experience. This role is responsible for creating a visually appealing and engaging retail environment, and requires the ability to think strategically and execute on the sales floor.The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of visual merchandising experience in a fashion retail setting, and knowledge of retail space planning and product placement. They must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
