  1. Develop and implement production strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Oversee the entire production process, from sourcing materials to final product delivery.
  3. Monitor and analyze production costs, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  4. Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.
  5. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product vision, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the best quality materials and production processes are utilized.
  7. Identify and resolve any production issues or delays to minimize impact on product availability and customer satisfaction.
  8. Lead and develop a team of production managers and staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in production management, and implement innovative ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
  10. Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

  12. Maintain accurate production records and reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

  • Extensive Experience In The Retail Industry, With A Strong Background In Production Management And Supply Chain Operations.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Production Processes, Including Sourcing, Vendor Management, Quality Control, And Cost Negotiations.
