Responsibilities: • Provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience • Listen to customer needs and provide personalized styling advice • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge • Assist customers with finding the perfect outfit and accessories • Monitor customer service trends and ensure that customer service is consistently maintained to the highest standards • Build customer relationship by providing excellent customer service • Ensure the store is well-maintained and stock levels are adequate • Organize and manage stockroom and sales floor • Maintain a neat and professional appearance • Assist with sales, promotions, and marketing initiatives • Assist with training and development of other stylists
