Job Description

As a Stylist at Banana Republic, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. We're looking for dynamic individuals with an eye for fashion who are passionate about providing excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for helping customers find the perfect outfit for any occasion, and for making sure that their shopping experience is an unforgettable one.To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a strong sense of style and an understanding of current fashion trends. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet to help customers find the perfect look. A warm and engaging attitude is essential for this role, as you'll be connecting with customers in-store and online. If you have experience in retail and/or styling, that's a plus. Most importantly, you must be committed to delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilites:

  1. Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit for any occasion
  2. Stay up to date on current fashion trends
  3. Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
  4. Work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet to help customers
  5. Connect with customers in-store and online
  6. Maintain a warm and engaging attitude
  7. Utilize retail and/or styling experience if applicable
  8. Follow company policies and procedures
  9. Monitor stock levels and keep store tidy
  10. Suggest additional items to customers
