Responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience by helping them select the perfect outfit
2. Remain knowledgeable of the latest fashion trends and offer style advice
3. Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of the team
5. Ensure all sales and customer service goals are met
6. Ensure store shelves and racks are stocked and organized
7. Ring up customers and process payments
8. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
10. Assist in store opening and closing procedures, as required
