Stylist

We’re looking for a fashion-forward Stylist to join our team at Banana Republic and help our customers create stylish, on-trend looks. At the same time, you’ll be delivering amazing service and creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere in our store. If you’re passionate about fashion, have a dynamic personality, and have a knack for helping people look and feel their best, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of the latest fashion trends and be able to help customers select the right pieces for their unique style. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide excellent customer service. Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

3. Demonstrate a good understanding of current fashion trends and help customers stay on trend.
4. Provide styling advice and recommendations when necessary.
5. Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
6. Assist customers with product inquiries and answer any questions they may have.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed of new product arrivals.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues that may arise.
9. Monitor store sales and provide feedback to the store management.
10. Handle customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
