  1. Develop and implement strategic partnership plans and initiatives that align with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners and collaborators in the retail industry.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative and innovative partnership ideas that drive results.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
  5. Monitor and track partnership performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Plan and execute successful events that align with the brand's vision and drive engagement.
  7. Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution within allocated resources.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful collaboration.
  9. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  10. Utilize project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute partnership and event initiatives.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership and event performance.
  12. Represent Banana Republic at industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective messaging and promotional materials for partnerships and events.
  14. Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in partnership and event activities.
  15. Keep up-to-date with relevant market trends and make recommendations for improvements to partnership and event strategies.
