We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Partnerships, Collaborations, & Events to join our dynamic team. As our Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and events that align with our brand vision and drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape our partnerships and events strategy, while working alongside cross-functional teams to bring innovative experiences to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development and event planning, with a passion for building meaningful relationships and creating memorable experiences.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and events strategy that aligns with Banana Republic's brand vision and drives business growth.
  2. Identify and cultivate potential partnerships and collaborations with brands, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance the Banana Republic brand and expand our customer reach.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including product launches, pop-up shops, fashion shows, and other brand activations, that create buzz and drive customer engagement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and events.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, representing Banana Republic in a professional and positive manner.
  6. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  7. Monitor and track partnership and event performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor partnerships and events, using this knowledge to inform and enhance our own strategy.
  9. Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring partnerships and events are delivered on time and within budget.
  10. Mentor and manage a team of partnership and event professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals and grow within the organization.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among team members.
  12. Represent Banana Republic at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our brand and partnerships to potential collaborators.
  13. Uphold Banana Republic's values and standards, acting as a brand ambassador and championing our mission to create timeless, versatile, and effortlessly chic clothing for our customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Managing Strategic Partnerships And Collaborations With External Stakeholders, Such As Brands, Organizations, And Influencers.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Event Planning And Execution Process, Including Budget Management, Vendor Selection, And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Partners And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Driving Revenue Growth Through Partnerships And Events, With A Demonstrated Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Opportunities.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Background In Fashion, Retail, Or Related Industry.
