Retail Sales Associate

Banana Republic is seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in customer service, retail, and/or sales, and be motivated to provide outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. • Assist customers with selecting merchandise, styling advice, and checkout services. • Maintain the store's visual displays and keep merchandise organized. • Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints. • Monitor store inventory and restock shelves as needed. • Assist with cashiering duties and process payments. • Work collaboratively with other Retail Sales Associates to ensure customer satisfaction. • Follow all safety and security procedures. • Participate in team meetings and store training sessions. • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
