Job Description

Are you obsessed with all things fashion? Banana Republic is looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Visual Merchandising Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for curating a visually stunning shopping experience for our customers. If you have a passion for styling and an eye for detail, this could be the right job for you.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a visual merchandising position, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  2. Develop floor plans that maximize the use of available space and create an inviting atmosphere.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves and displays as needed.
  4. Ensure that store displays are well maintained and clean.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that visual merchandising strategies are in line with the brand's goals.
  6. Train and mentor new visual merchandising staff.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and fashion styles.
  9. Adhere to company guidelines and safety regulations.
  10. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
