Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement store strategies to increase sales, improve customer service, and maximize profitability.
2. Monitor store performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies for improvement.
3. Manage the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
6. Monitor inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
7. Ensure store is maintained in accordance with company standards.
8. Analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve customer satisfaction.
9. Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with fashion trends to ensure product offerings remain relevant.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
