  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive internal communication culture within the organization.
  3. Oversee all internal communication channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, and social media, to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of information.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and curate content for internal communications, including company updates, employee spotlights, and important announcements.
  5. Manage and maintain the company's intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and relevant to employees' needs.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Provide guidance and support to senior leadership in crafting and delivering effective internal communications.
  8. Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, ensuring that employee concerns and feedback are addressed and communicated appropriately.
  9. Plan and organize company-wide events and initiatives to foster a sense of community and engagement among employees.
  10. Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends in internal communications and make recommendations for innovative approaches.
  11. Manage a team of communications professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  12. Ensure all internal communications are aligned with the company's brand and tone of voice.
  13. Collaborate with external communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  14. Prepare and present regular reports on internal communication metrics and engagement levels to senior management.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture through all internal communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications Or Corporate Communications.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retail Industry And Knowledge Of Fashion And Apparel Trends.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Messages To A Diverse Employee Population.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Internal Communication Strategies And Programs.
