Banana Republic is looking for a talented and customer-focused Customer Experience Strategist to join our Fashion Retail team. Our ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. The Customer Experience Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty.The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record in developing customer experience strategies, as well as a deep understanding of the fashion retail industry. In addition, the Customer Experience Strategist should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is excited to make a lasting impact on our customer experience.
