As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued during their shopping experience at Banana Republic.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences in order to provide personalized recommendations.
  3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of the Banana Republic brand, its history, and its current fashion trends in order to effectively assist clients with their shopping needs.
  4. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about products, promotions, and services to clients.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Banana Republic in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support for team members when needed.
  7. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the client experience, such as offering styling tips and providing fashion advice.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and merchandised.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings in order to make informed recommendations to clients.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management, to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Client Advisor At Banana Republic, You Will Be Expected To Provide Top-Notch Customer Service To All Clients. This Includes Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Assist And Interact With Customers.

  • Strong Fashion Knowledge And Retail Experience: A Client Advisor Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion Trends And The Ability To Suggest And Style Outfits For Customers. Previous Retail Experience, Preferably In A Fashion Or Apparel Setting, Is Also Desired.

  • Sales And Goal-Oriented Mindset: This Position Requires An Individual Who Is Driven By Sales And Meeting Goals. As A Client Advisor, You Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales And Meeting Individual And Store-Wide Targets.

  • Ability To Build And Maintain Client Relationships: Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients Is Essential For Success As A Client Advisor. This Includes Providing Personalized Service, Following Up With Clients, And Creating A Positive And Welcoming Atmosphere In The Store.

  • Team Player And Multitasker: Working As A Client Advisor At Banana Republic Requires The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Multitask Effectively. You Will Be Working With A Team Of Other Client Advisors And Store Associates, And Will Need To Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Customers At Once.
