Are you passionate about fashion and customer service? We are looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join the team at Banana Republic! As a Client Advisor, you'll be the face of the store, providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for helping customers find the perfect outfit, providing styling advice, and creating a great shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and have a good understanding of fashion trends. You should also be friendly and approachable, and be able to offer helpful advice to customers. Previous experience working in customer service or a retail setting is a plus.If you have a passion for fashion and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Provide helpful advice and styling tips to customers.
  3. Help customers to find the perfect outfit.
  4. Build strong customer relationships.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and popular styles.
  6. Ensure store displays are well-merchandised and attractive.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  8. Process customer payments and handle cash transactions.
  9. Monitor store stock levels and re-order items as necessary.
  10. Adhere to store policies and procedures.
