Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Client Advisor to join the Banana Republic team! Our Client Advisors are passionate about engaging with customers to create unforgettable experiences while providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for fashion and a love for helping others, this is the job for you! To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. You should also be highly organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus. Above all, we are looking for someone with a commitment to providing the best possible customer experience!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and engage in friendly conversation to create a welcoming environment.
  2. Provide personalized customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  3. Respond to customer queries and address issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to inform customers about products and services.
  6. Monitor stock levels and order merchandise to maintain a well-stocked store.
  7. Assist in setting up window displays and merchandising the store.
  8. Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  9. Follow store policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  10. Remain organized and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
