We are looking for a Client Advisor who will be the face of our company and help to ensure that each customer has a great experience every time they walk in our doors. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individual who is passionate about customer service and has the necessary skills to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think on their feet and take initiative. In addition to being customer-focused, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of fashion trends and the ability to offer helpful advice to customers. They must also be comfortable with using a computer and other technology to assist with sales. We are offering a competitive salary and a great working environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful advice regarding fashion trends.
  3. Assist customers with selecting clothing items and provide information about product specifications.
  4. Process customer payments and complete sales transactions.
  5. Maintain a neat and clean store environment.
  6. Use a computer and other technology to assist with sales.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a great experience every time they walk in the store.
  8. Demonstrate knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to offer helpful advice to customers.
  9. Anticipate customer needs and take initiative to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed to maximize sales.
