Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Client Advisor to join the team at Banana Republic. Our ideal candidate is a natural at building relationships, has a keen eye for fashion, and is someone who loves helping others find the perfect outfit. In this role, you will be the face of the store and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and building a loyal clientele. To be successful in this position, you must have at least two years of retail experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a basic understanding of fashion trends. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide customers with personalized styling advice.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

  5. Track and restock inventory.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers.
