Our ideal candidate is a motivated customer service professional with a drive to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our clients. 3. Assist customers with selecting items and completing purchases.
4. Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
6. Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization.
7. Remain up-to-date on all product offerings and promotions.
8. Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
9. Report any customer feedback or concerns to the store manager.
10. Receive and process payments for customer purchases.
