Assistant General Manager

1. Monitor and analyze daily sales and operations to ensure goals are met

5. Create and implement strategies to increase customer base and meet sales goals
6. Monitor customer service levels and ensure appropriate customer service practices are followed
7. Monitor store expenses and ensure cost-efficiency
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
9. Work with the General Manager to ensure store goals are met
10. Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
