
Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager position at Banana Republic offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for providing operational support and guidance to our team in order to ensure that the store meets its financial and customer service goals.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a store manager or assistant manager in a retail environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to developing and maintaining customer relationships, along with a deep understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
