• Assist the General Manager in managing the store, including operations, sales, visual merchandising, and customer service • Provide leadership and guidance to store associates to ensure an exceptional customer experience • Monitor and analyze store performance and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to ensure the store remains attractive and inviting • Oversee the inventory and ordering process, ensuring stock levels are maintained • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations • Train and develop store associates to ensure they are knowledgeable and have the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service • Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Monitor store budget and expenses to ensure they are managed within corporate guidelines
