We’re looking for an experienced Stock Manager to join the Balmain team and take charge of our inventory. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong knowledge of inventory and stock management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Stock Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory process and ensuring the accuracy of our stock records. If you have the ambition and skills necessary to excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field• At least 5 years of experience in inventory and stock management• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes• Ability to work independently and under pressure• Outstanding organizational skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire inventory process, from ordering, receiving, and stocking to tracking inventory levels and stock records.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability, and alert stakeholders when stocks are running low.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems and processes to optimize inventory control.
- Reconcile invoices and purchase orders to verify accuracy of stock records.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on inventory and stock management activities.
- Train and supervise staff on stock management and inventory control procedures.
- Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
