Warehouse Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment, possess excellent organizational and management skills, and possess a strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Monitor and evaluate warehouse team performance and provide guidance and support when needed.
3. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure safe and productive work environments.
4. Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed and address any violations.
5. Create and manage warehouse staff schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels.
6. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accuracy of orders.
7. Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the warehouse and work with the team to develop solutions.
8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy of stock.
9. Manage and track warehouse expenses to ensure budget is met.
10. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
