Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure staff are following safety protocols.
2. Develop and implement processes to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock counts.
4. Train and supervise warehouse personnel in proper handling and safety procedures.
5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding delivery, product quality, and warehouse operations.
6. Create and manage reports related to warehouse performance metrics.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following established safety protocols and procedures.
9. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
10. Evaluate and document employee performance on an ongoing basis.
