Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at Bally-Fashion House and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be highly organized and results-driven, and must possess a strong background in warehouse management.We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and who is well-versed in modern warehouse management techniques. You should be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including staff management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
• Ensure all warehouse processes and operations are performed in accordance with established safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and make recommendations for replacing or repairing any outdated or defective equipment.
• Make recommendations for improvements to warehouse systems and procedures.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
