The successful candidate should be able to create unique and stylish designs that not only capture the essence of the Bally-Fashion House brand, but also reflect the current trends in the industry.The ideal candidate should have a degree in fashion design or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in the fashion industry. The designer should also have strong knowledge of fabrics, colors, textures, and the latest industry trends. In addition to strong technical design skills, our fashion designer should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A great eye for detail and an excellent understanding of the customer's needs are essential. Responsibilities:

1. Design and create unique, stylish and modern fashion pieces that capture the essence of the Bally-Fashion House brand and reflect current industry trends.
2. Utilize knowledge of fabrics, colors, textures and the latest industry trends in all designs.
3. Research and remain up to date on the latest fashion trends in order to create innovative designs.
4. Provide sketches and samples for approval.
5. Create technical specifications and patterns for production.
6. Work with the production team to ensure accuracy in the production process.
7. Monitor and adjust design and production processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
8. Ensure timely delivery of fashion pieces according to the production schedule.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and across departments.
10. Maintain organized records of designs, materials, production and other related tasks.
