Handle incoming calls. Greet everyone who comes in the front door. Check in members and verify membership. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

  • Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred

  • Must have a flexible schedule and able to work nights and weekends and some hoildays
