Job Description

At Bain & Company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of machine learning methods and software development. They will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering, and a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data science. They should be self-motivated and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Manager, Machine Learning Engineer will be a key member of our Data Science team, working closely with other Data Scientists and Business Analysts to develop and deploy machine learning models. They must be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and be comfortable working with large, complex datasets. Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work with large, complex datasets.
Work closely with other Data Scientists and Business Analysts.

Stay up-to-date on machine learning methods and software development.
