Job Description

Refining value creation plan and prioritizing initiatives, with GM. Project managing integration activities following acquisition of a new venture. Executing specific integration activities (e.g. introducing GMs to key internal stakeholders, functions, supporting with initial internal comms and marketing) Building Bain’s playbook on onboarding new ventures/GMs. Tracking KPIs monthly and setting up automated dashboards, working with ventures and Finance. Supporting on annual budgeting to ensure ventures get adequate funding to support their growth ambitions. Ensuring go-to-market coordination and best practice sharing across ventures. Developing and implementing best practices for selling subscription products to existing Bain clients.

Job Qualifications

4+ years of related experience
Energetic, with drive, enthusiasm, and natural skills in relationship development
Track record of managing high-performing, service-oriented team members, motivating and developing colleagues
2+ years of management consulting experience preferred.
