At Bain & Company, we are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have both technical expertise and a passion for data engineering. The Lead Data Engineer will take on a leadership role in the development and maintenance of our data engineering solutions and will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects in line with our business objectives.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in data engineering with a track record of success in data projects. The successful Lead Data Engineer should have a strong technical background with experience in developing data engineering solutions using languages such as Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL. Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of data engineering solutions.
Ensure successful delivery of projects in line with business objectives.
Stay abreast of changes and updates in data engineering technologies.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering needs.
Design and develop data engineering solutions using languages such as Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL.
Monitor and optimize data engineering solutions for performance and accuracy.
Analyze and troubleshoot data engineering issues.
Provide technical coaching and mentorship to team members.
Develop detailed technical documentation for data engineering solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
