Lead, Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for driving innovation.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in data engineering and 3 years of experience in a lead/management role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing robust data pipelines and integration solutions, as well as experience leading a team of data engineers. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and integrations to ensure robust data availability and accuracy.
2. Lead and manage a team of data engineers to ensure that data engineering initiatives are properly executed and meet project expectations.
3. Provide technical guidance to the team to ensure that data engineering solutions are properly implemented and adhere to best practices.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that data engineering solutions are optimized for business value.
5. Monitor and evaluate data engineering trends and technologies, and recommend which ones should be adopted.
6. Identify and document opportunities for improving data engineering processes and capabilities.
7. Ensure that data engineering initiatives are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
