
Benefits Specialist
Act as main point of contact for administering benefits programs in assigned offices, including medical, dental, life, disability insurances, 401(k) plan, flexible spending accounts, FMLA/leave of absences, and workers compensation. Act as primary contact with miscellaneous benefit vendors (Zipcar, Equinox, Manicube, parking administration, etc); advertise corporate programs and discounts to employees. Negotiate annual contracts when applicable. Ensure all Workday entries for benefits enrollments, changes and leave of absence/status changes are entered and approved in the system on a regular basis. Coordinate annual health fairs, including working with vendors and attending the fairs. Work with local HRM to help facilitate local wellness initiatives.
2-4 years of experience; experience working in professional services and/or HR is preferred.
Bain experience also preferred.
Deep knowledge of local benefit and leave of absence laws/programs preferred
Exposure to 401(k) and benefits administration required.
