
Associate, Global Recruiting
You will plan global events for Consultants and Summer Associates at targeted business schools. Coordinate event invites, student sign up, scheduling and RSVPs. Attend recruiting events (live and virtual) and execute event details Work with team and global office recruiters to assist with logistics for interview days including screening logistics, scheduling students, interview communications, etc. Communicate & correspond with recruits on a regular basis. Maintain incoming inquiries, applications, and generate appropriate responses in a timely manner. Support On-Campus Reps with coffee chat set up and data tracking. Support regular communication with Bain offices regarding recruits interest and desire to connect with local offices. Utilize recruiting system (Avature) for data entry, event management & reporting in a timely & accurate manner. Assist with recruit expense reimbursements as needed.
Flexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as needed
Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams while producing zero defect work
