This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data engineering strategies that will help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data-driven operations. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of data engineering principles and the ability to lead teams of data engineers.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in data engineering, analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate must also be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of data engineering strategies across various teams.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop data engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Research and evaluate the latest data engineering tools and technologies.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure data is used in the most effective way.
Mentor and train data engineers and other team members.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential problems.
Ensure security and privacy of data.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Document data engineering processes and procedures.
