We are looking for an energetic and motivated Associate Consultant Intern to join our team at Bain & Company. Responsibilities: • Work with experienced consultants to contribute to management consulting projects • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and develop solutions to complex business issues • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Interact with clients to clearly understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent Bain & Company in a professional manner • Stay up to date on industry trends and the latest management consulting practices • Gather data and analyze relevant information to support projects • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to share project findings with clients
