  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for BFV C technicians, utilizing the latest technology and industry best practices.
  2. Stay updated on the latest advancements in BFV C maintenance and incorporate them into training materials.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  4. Use effective communication skills to deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
  5. Demonstrate hands-on experience and practical knowledge of BFV C maintenance techniques.
  6. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and make necessary improvements.
  7. Provide guidance and support to trainees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  8. Maintain training materials and equipment, ensuring they are up-to-date and in good working condition.
  9. Keep track of trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge And Experience In Bfv C Systems: A Technical Instructor For Bfv C Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Bfv C Systems, Including Maintenance, Repair, And Troubleshooting Procedures.

  • Teaching And Training Skills: This Role Requires Strong Teaching And Training Abilities, As The Technical Instructor Will Be Responsible For Delivering Effective Training To Both Military Personnel And Bae Systems Employees.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To A Diverse Audience Is Crucial In This Role. The Technical Instructor Must Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Establish Rapport With Trainees And Colleagues.

  • Military Experience: Prior Military Experience, Particularly In Bfv C Operations, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Experience Provides A Deep Understanding Of The Equipment And Enhances The Instructor's Credibility With Trainees.

  • Technical Certifications: A Technical Instructor For Bfv C Must Hold Relevant Technical Certifications, Such As Comptia A+, Network+, Or Security+, To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Proficiency In The Subject Matter.
