Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Leadership Roles, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Aces Principles And Experience Implementing Them In Complex Projects.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers And Other Technical Professionals.
