- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to identify key areas of talent need and create targeted development plans for high potential employees.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify high potential individuals and create tailored development plans for their growth and advancement.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of high potential employees.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the success and impact of talent development programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to high potential employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential within the organization.
- Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new high potential employees into the talent development program.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management and share insights with senior leadership to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in driving talent development and retention efforts.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management processes and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Management, Succession Planning, And Leadership Development.
Strong Understanding Of Performance Management And Employee Engagement Strategies.
Experience Working In A Global, Matrixed Organization, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
