Talent Acquisition Intern

As an intern you will participate in our nationwide Internship Program, LEAP, where you will have the opportunity to Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company. Work in the Talent Acquisition center of excellence for the BAE Systems Inc. Headquarters supporting enterprise Talent Acquisition (TA) projects and programs throughout the summer session. Examples of work may include: candidate engagement strategies; internal mobility program development; process improvement initiatives; exposure to system implementation of a new applicant tracking system; change management initiatives; talent attraction, job promotion and/or social media campaigns. In addition, there will be the opportunity to gain insight into other areas of the Human Resources organization, including DE&I, talent development, compliance, analytics, benefits and compensation.
