- Lead and manage a team of systems engineers to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions to clients
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective systems engineering processes and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure timely and successful delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take corrective actions as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in systems engineering to drive continuous improvement within the team
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their satisfaction with project deliverables
- Create and maintain project documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback and guidance for improvement
- Represent the company and its capabilities in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Leading Teams And Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Systems Engineering Processes And Methodologies, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Systems Engineering Plans And Strategies.
