  1. Develop and implement training programs for team of imagery analysts, utilizing best practices and cutting-edge technology.
  2. Evaluate the proficiency of analysts and identify areas for improvement in order to create individualized training plans.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of imagery analysis, staying up-to-date on industry advancements and incorporating them into training materials.
  4. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to enhance the skills of analysts and ensure consistency in analysis techniques.
  5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to meet the evolving needs of the team.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.
  7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to analysts, acting as a resource for questions and concerns related to imagery analysis.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting a passion for growth and improvement.
  9. Stay current on company policies and procedures, ensuring that all training materials align with company standards.
  10. Contribute to the development of new tools and techniques for imagery analysis, leveraging your expertise and experience.
  11. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into training programs.
  12. Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Imagery Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Background In Imagery Analysis, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Field. They Should Be Well-Versed In Various Techniques And Tools Used For Analyzing Satellite And Aerial Imagery.

  • Proficiency In Geospatial Software: Bae Systems Requires Candidates To Have A Deep Understanding Of Geospatial Software Such As Arcgis, Envi, And Erdas Imagine. The Candidate Should Be Able To Utilize These Tools To Extract Meaningful Insights From Imagery Data.

  • Training And Instructional Experience: As A Training Specialist, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Conducting Training Programs For Imagery Analysts. This Includes Creating Training Materials, Delivering Presentations, And Evaluating Trainee Performance.

  • Security Clearance: Bae Systems Is A Defense Contractor, And Therefore Requires All Employees To Have A Current And Active Security Clearance. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Top Secret/Sci Clearance Or Be Able To Obtain One.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Sr Imagery Analyst/Training Specialist Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Analysts And Delivering Training To A Diverse Group Of Trainees. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Concepts And Manage A Team.
