
Sr. Contract Administrator

- Oversee and manage the execution of various contracts within the organization.
- Negotiate and review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Serve as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor and track key contract deliverables and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are met and executed effectively.
- Review and analyze contract performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage contract modifications, amendments, and change orders.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and government regulations related to contracts.
- Provide guidance and support to junior contract administrators.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance and status.
- Ensure all contract documents are accurately filed and maintained.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and bids for new contracts.
- Uphold ethical and legal standards in all contract negotiations and management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (Dfar).
Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Contracts And Stakeholders.
Experience With Contract Management Software And Systems, Such As Deltek Costpoint Or Sap.
