Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Software Development Experience: A Software Manager - Section Lead At Bae Systems Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Multiple Programming Languages, Development Methodologies, And Tools.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Section Lead, The Software Manager Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Successfully Manage A Team Of Software Engineers. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Mentor, And Guide Team Members, As Well As Delegate Tasks And Provide Constructive Feedback.

  • Project Management Experience: Bae Systems Values Individuals Who Have Experience Managing Complex Software Development Projects. The Software Manager Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting All Requirements.
