
Service Continuity/ Service Level Manager

- Develop and implement service continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor and track service levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve service-related issues and minimize service disruptions.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and proactively address any service-related concerns.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure that technology and infrastructure are in place to support service continuity and meet service level requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to service continuity and service level management.
- Train and mentor team members on service continuity and service level management best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in service continuity and service level management.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, providing regular updates on service levels and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new services and processes to improve service delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to minimize service disruptions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service continuity and service level management.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure service continuity and meet service level requirements.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Extensive Experience In Service Continuity Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Continuity Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategies To Ensure Uninterrupted Service Delivery.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Frameworks: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of It Service Management Frameworks Such As Itil, Cobit, And Iso 20000, And Should Be Able To Apply These Frameworks To Develop And Maintain Service Continuity Plans.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Service Continuity/ Service Level Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Clients, And Technical Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential.
Experience In Risk Management And Business Impact Analysis: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Business Impact Analysis To Identify Potential Threats And Develop Appropriate Mitigation Strategies.
Proven Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Identify And Resolve Complex Problems Related To Service Continuity And Service Level Management. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Analyzing Service Level Agreements (Slas) To Ensure That Service Targets Are Met.
